Delivery and Shipping

After designing, building and finishing a piece of furniture, we want to make sure that it arrives in your home or business in perfect condition. To make sure that this happens, we offer three options on delivery and shipping.

We offer free delivery in the Philadelphia region. Those craftsmen who built your piece of furniture will personally deliver the piece and carry it into your home or place of business. We'll make sure that it's placed correctly and then answer any final questions. Unlike shipping companies, we prefer to deliver in the evenings or on the weekends (Sundays) so that you don't have to take off from work and we will provide you with a +/- 15 minute delivery window!

In the Middle Atlantic Region, we also prefer to deliver our own furniture and provide you with same customer-focused, white glove service as above. Our fees, usually just enough to cover fuel and tolls, are less than the cost of freight shipping plus our delivery times (Sundays) are much more convenient.

For all other areas, we ship via multiple freight carriers with 7-10 day delivery periods. We only charge you what the freight carriers charge us. Your piece will be carefully packaged and wrapped for the trip, and then we build a custom wooden box to ensure the furniture arrives safely. The freight carrier will contact you to arrange delivery (usually a 4-5 hour window) and then they will deliver the box. The customer is then responsible for unpacking the furniture (we'll provide instructions) and disposing of the packing materials.
